The registered provider retains the participant relationship, the service agreement, and regulatory accountability — the subcontractor delivers the clinical nursing care the participant needs.

NDIS Pricing Context
Clinical nursing billed through TrustCare is drawn from the participant's NDIS plan — not your operational budget. The NDIS 2025-26 rate for a Registered Nurse is $123.65/hr weekday daytime (Registration Group 0114, item 01_606_0114_1_1). This funding is already in the participant's plan if they have community nursing care funded.
