NDIS Practice Standards β€” Supplementary Module 1

High Intensity Daily Personal Activities

We deliver training, competency assessment, care planning, and direct clinical support across all NDIS High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) as defined by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Skills Descriptors.

What Are High Intensity Supports?

High intensity support skills descriptors are supplementary guidance for NDIS providers and workers supporting participants who rely on High Intensity Daily Personal Activities. These supports carry some of the highest clinical risks for participants β€” requiring workers with specialist knowledge and verified competency, assessed by a qualified health professional. Our registered nursing team delivers training, direct care, and ongoing competency assessment across all 10 HIDPA skill areas β€” in home, in Supported Independent Living (SIL), and in community environments.

Our Story

Built on Clinical Excellence

We established TrustCare Nursing Services with a clear purpose: to close the gap between genuine clinical nursing expertise and NDIS support. With over 10 years of experience spanning acute hospital care, community nursing, and disability support, we serve two groups who both deserve better β€” providers who need a trusted clinical partner, and participants who need skilled, compassionate care delivered directly to them.

Every participant deserves support from workers who are thoroughly trained, properly assessed, and carefully supervised. Every provider deserves compliance guidance that is clinically sound β€” not just box-ticking. That dual commitment is the foundation of everything we do at TrustCare.
