Perth's NDIS Nursing Subcontractor for Registered Providers
Clinical Integrity
Our nurses undergo rigorous vetting and continuous clinical training to maintain the highest care standards.
Rapid Response
We understand the urgency of NDIS referrals and provide swift assessment and deployment of clinical staff.
Participant Centered
We build care plans around the person, not just the diagnosis, fostering independence and dignity.
How We Support NDIS Providers and Support Coordinators
TrustCare is Perth's NDIS nursing subcontractor for registered providers. We do not deliver supports as a registered provider or contract directly with participants. Instead, registered NDIS providers engage us to deliver the clinical nursing component of a participant's plan — within their service framework, under their service agreement.
Referral Received
Referral received from a registered NDIS provider or support coordinator on behalf of a participant.
Clinical Triage and Review
Clinical triage and review by Registered Nurse within 24 hours of receiving the referral.
Engagement Under Service Agreement
Engagement formalised under an NDIS provider service agreement with the referring registered provider.
Delivery of Nursing Care
Delivery of nursing care within the provider framework, aligned with the participant's NDIS plan and care goals.
Ongoing Communication
Ongoing communication with GP, allied health, and care teams to ensure coordinated, safe, and holistic participant care.
AHPRA-Regulated Registered Nurse
TrustCare is not an NDIS registered provider. All clinical nursing care is delivered by an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse operating under AHPRA regulation and the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice (2016). You can verify our registration directly on the public AHPRA register.
AHPRA Registered Nurse
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Registration is publicly verifiable.
NMBA Standards Compliant
All nursing care is delivered in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) Registered Nurse Standards for Practice.
NDIS Code of Conduct
Committed to the NDIS Code of Conduct in every interaction with participants, providers, and families — without exception.
Defined Scope of Practice
All care delivered within the defined scope of a Registered Nurse — ensuring participant safety and full regulatory compliance.
Important: TrustCare is not an NDIS registered provider. We operate as an AHPRA-regulated Registered Nurse engaged by registered NDIS providers to deliver the clinical nursing component of a participant's plan. NDIS funding is billed through the registered provider partner, not directly through TrustCare.
Our Standards
We maintain rigorous clinical standards. All our nursing staff must maintain active AHPRA registration. We are committed to clinical governance and NDIS quality benchmarks to ensure we remain the gold standard in disability support.
Driven by a culture of clinical responsibility.
Integrity
Doing the right thing even when no one is watching, maintaining the highest ethical medical standards.
Excellence
Continually refining our clinical techniques and service delivery to provide industry-leading care.
Care
Approaching every participant with empathy, recognizing their unique journey and personal dignity.
Accountability
Taking full ownership of our clinical outcomes and professional commitments to our participants.
What Providers &
Coordinators Say
"We needed a clinical nursing partner who could step in quickly for complex participants without creating confusion about who owns the care relationship. TrustCare operates entirely within our service framework — the 48-hour clinical reporting alone saves us hours of coordination every week."
"Our support workers were delivering HIDPA tasks for several participants but we had no RN to sign off competencies under the new Skills Descriptors. TrustCare resolved this in a week — assessments documented, care plans signed off, and our NDIS Commission audit file is now compliant."
"We had tried agency nurses and it never worked — inconsistent workers, no care plans, no continuity. With TrustCare, we have one RN who knows our participants, writes the care plans, and communicates directly with our team. It is a genuinely different model."
