About TrustCare Support
TrustCare Support is a Perth-based AHPRA Registered Nurse providing B2B clinical nursing to NDIS registered providers across Western Australia.
TrustCare Support provides independent Registered Nurse services exclusively to registered NDIS providers and support coordinators to fill clinical nursing gaps. We do not contract directly with participants — all engagements are arranged through a registered NDIS provider or plan manager.
Our Commitment to AHPRA and NDIS Practice Standards
AHPRA-Registered Registered Nurse
All nursing care is delivered by an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse — ensuring every clinical intervention meets the highest professional standard.
NMBA Standards for Practice
Practice aligned with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) Registered Nurse Standards for Practice (2016).
NDIS Code of Conduct
Adherence to the NDIS Code of Conduct in every interaction with participants, providers, and families.
Defined Scope of Practice
All care is delivered within the defined scope of practice for a Registered Nurse, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
Important: TrustCare Support is not an NDIS registered provider. We are an independent AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse service engaged by registered NDIS providers to fill clinical nursing gaps. We do not contract directly with participants. NDIS funding for TrustCare's services is billed through your registered provider framework, not directly through TrustCare. We adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct, AHPRA registration requirements, and NMBA Standards for Practice in every engagement.
Built on Clinical Excellence
We established TrustCare Support with a clear purpose: to provide independent, hospital-grade clinical nursing services to registered NDIS providers across Perth — filling the clinical gaps that exist within complex care plans. With over 5 years of clinical nursing experience spanning acute hospital care, community nursing, and disability support, we partner with registered NDIS providers and support coordinators to deliver the nursing component of complex care plans — safely, professionally, and with genuine compassion.
Every participant deserves safe, high-quality nursing care delivered by a properly registered and accountable clinician. Every provider deserves a clinical partner they can trust — one who communicates clearly, documents rigorously, and puts participant safety first. That is the TrustCare commitment.
